Disneyland Paris

Nineteen year 10 students accompanied by Miss Elvin, Mr Spivey and Mr Strafford spent a fantastic 4 days on a Maths trip to Disneyland, Paris. Students were there to complete an Engineer's report on ride capacities and expected queue lengths for the rollercoaster's in Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios. They spent a fun packed 2 days in the parks where they got to see all the attractions that Disneyland Paris has to offer. Students also visited Planet Hollywood, the Wild West show "Buffalo Bills" and went ice skating. On returning to the Academy they will be completing their coursework using all the data they recorded on the trip.
